How to delete your data

You can ask TenantLine24 to delete the information we hold about you at any time.

What to do

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Write the email address or phone number you used with TenantLine24, so we can find your account.
3. We will confirm by email and delete your information within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, contact details, properties, tickets, call recordings, summaries and messages. We may keep limited records we are required to keep by law, such as billing and tax records.

Connected Facebook or Instagram accounts

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to TenantLine24, you can also remove the connection yourself: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, find TenantLine24, and choose Remove. When you remove it, we can no longer access that account. Ask us by email to delete any information we received from it.
